Liability Release

After you reserve your space, we will send you Liability Release Forms to fill out and sign before starting your Revive & Thrive Getaways and Retreats® experience.

All the activities included in Revive & Thrive Getaways and Retreats® require a reasonable standard of health and fitness.

We respect your privacy, so all clients must use common sense, be self-aware, and exercise proper caution before booking a Revive & Thrive Getaways and Retreats® experience. You know your personal health and wellness situation.

It is the sole responsibility of Revive & Thrive Getaways and Retreats® participants to manage any medical conditions, illnesses, or allergies they may have, including any prescribed medication they might take.

No client should in any circumstance take part in a Revive & Thrive Getaways and Retreats® activity while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication, which may adversely affect their physical or mental abilities.

There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
