How big are the groups?

We host a maximum of 16 guests on each Revive & Thrive getaway or retreat experience.

I'm nervous. Should I do this?

We promise you'll have an epic time. If you desire to experience one of our getaways or retreats, do it. Let go of any hesitation, and let us help you have the time of your life! It will be a well-deserved break.

Are your getaway and retreat locations safe?

While we carefully choose our locations, it is always important to use common sense, even in a perfect location. For example, keep valuables out of public view, put your phone away when you're not using it, and leave your valuable jewelry at home. Always know where you're going, avoid isolated areas, and stick with a group when you're out at night.

Is it normal for people to travel solo?

Many of our participants are solo travelers about to meet their new favorite friends.

I'm traveling solo. If I don't know anyone attending the getaway or retreat, will I feel out of place?

Not at all! Most of our guests come solo, and our retreats are carefully curated as supportive and inclusive experiences for everyone. We strongly believe in building a community. Most of our guests come on trips alone and leave with a whole group of new friends! The best part of joining a getaway or retreat on your own is that you can travel alone without ever being alone, and you have the choice during free time to hang with others or have some 'me time'—it's all fine!

How far in advance should I reserve my spot?

We recommend that you make your reservation ASAP to secure your spot. We have limited availability, and spots fill up fast.

How do I make a reservation?

All reservations are made through secure payment systems using a credit card. You can secure your spot within minutes by paying the non-refundable deposit. We request an initial deposit to secure your spot; the remaining amount is due no later than 60 days before the start of the getaway or retreat. We look forward to having you join us!

I'm interested in going with my friend, how do I ensure we both can attend?

Securing a spot at one of the getaways or retreats is on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest that you and your friend register at the same time. Email us at hello@RntRetreats.com that you're interested in rooming together, and we'll try to make it happen. The sooner, the better!

How much money should I bring?

This depends on personal preferences, but honestly, not much. Besides, it is easy to withdraw cash from a local ATM. You might need cash for tips and souvenirs for friends and family.

Is there an option without lodging if we live in the area?

No. We host fully immersive retreats and experiences, so everyone in the group will lodge in the same location. This adds to the whole experience.

Is there downtime?

Yes, we intentionally build downtime into the itinerary for relaxation and reflection. You can explore the local area, enjoy optional activities, or unwind by the pool.

What happens if the weather and conditions are bad?

While we can't control the weather, we do our best to adapt to changing conditions. We will adjust the schedule and activities to ensure you have a fun and safe experience.

What is the typical age range of guests?

Our getaways and retreats welcome men and women of all ages, from 18 and up. Whether you are 28 or 78, we love the diversity, unique perspectives, and experiences each guest brings to the group. Revive&Thrive has created an inclusive environment that ensures everyone feels valued and empowered, regardless of age.

What if I have dietary restrictions or physical limitations?

We will get to know you before you arrive through various formats (emails, questionnaires, phone calls). This will ensure that we're fully aware and will do our best to customize your needs. 

 

What does the total cost cover? 

The total price will cover accommodations, food, group activities, and group-related transportation during the retreat or getaway. You can bring extra spending money for souvenirs and additional activities. You will be responsible for purchasing travel insurance, flights, and transportation to and from the airport. We aim for you to arrive safely at the retreat or getaway, and we'll take care of the rest!

Does the price include airfare?

No. You are responsible for your airfare.

Are there any hidden or additional fees I am responsible for outside the price I pay for the package?

There are no hidden fees—but you will be responsible for your airfare, ground transportation to and from the airport, any tips, and all additional activities or dining/drinking outside of the activities and events organized by Revive&Thrive Getaways and Retreats® for your group. Additionally, travel insurance is not included but is highly recommended!

If I'm traveling alone, will you find me a roommate, or can I have a private room?

We can help you find a roommate on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier you sign up, the greater the chance you will be paired with another solo traveler of the same gender (unless it is a Women-only getaway or retreat). Alternatively, you can sign up for a single room. Suppose there are an odd number of trip participants who want roommates. In that case, we sometimes have the option of booking a triple room for a discounted rate or moving you to a single room, which may incur an additional single supplement fee (but we will work with you to try and get the best rate possible) - so please be prepared for this cost if you sign up alone.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

Life happens, and sometimes, cancellation is inevitable. Unfortunately, fees will be incurred. Please see the Revive&Thrive Getaways and Retreats® cancellation policy.

Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

It is highly recommended that every participant purchases travel insurance. You never know what may occur on a trip—from troubles with luggage/flights to medical concerns. We believe travel insurance is worth every dollar. One resource is Insure My Trip (www.insuremytrip.com), which provides free quotes to help you find the best policy for you. We are not affiliated with Insure My Trip in any manner. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you must sign a form stating that you take full and complete financial responsibility for any expenses incurred due to refusing to purchase travel insurance.
