Plans change, and we understand. Because we make advance financial commitments to our resorts, hotels, transportation providers, and local partners, all reservations are subject to the following policy.

Guest Cancellations

All reservations with Revive & Thrive Getaways and Retreats® are final. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking. Reservations may not be transferred to another traveler or applied to a future getaway without our prior written approval.

If We Cancel

If Revive & Thrive Getaways and Retreats® cancel a getaway for reasons within our control, you may choose either:

• A full refund of all payments made directly to Revive & Thrive Getaways and Retreats®, or

• A travel credit toward a future getaway, if offered.

We are not responsible for airfare or other travel expenses booked independently.

Force Majeure

If a getaway is affected by events beyond our reasonable control including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, postpone the trip, or issue a future travel credit when a refund is not reasonably feasible.

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage every guest to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance is the best way to protect your investment against covered cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

As a best practice, we recommend buying travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances.
